India Sunset Review on China Nylon Cable Ties Dumping

On October 17, India announced starting an antidumping sunset review on nylon cable ties from China and Chinese Taiwan at the request of Surelock Plastics Pvt. Ltd.; those products are under the HS Code 3926.9010.

The period investigated for dumping is April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013; the period for injury includes April 2009-March 2010, April 2010-March 2011, April 2011-March 2012 and April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013.

On March 31, 2009, the Indian authority gave its affirmative final ruling to the antidumping probe which launched in January 2008.
