India Interim Review on China Morpholine Dumping

On September 18, India announced starting an antidumping interim review on morpholines from China, the EU and the USA at the request of NOCIL Ltd; those products are under the HS Code 29333917.

The period investigated for dumping is April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013; the period for injury includes 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012 fiscal years and April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013.

In December 2011, the Indian authority gave its affirmative final ruling to the antidumping probe which launched in December 2010.
