India Interim Review on China Sodium Nitrite Dumping

On October 18, India announced starting an antidumping interim review on sodium nitrite from China at the request of Deepak Nitrite Limited; those products are under the HS Code 28341010.

The period investigated for dumping is April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013; the period for injury includes 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012 fiscal years and April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013.

In November 2000, the Indian authority gave its affirmative final ruling to the antidumping probe which launched in November 1999.
