Canada Final Ruling on Copper Pipes from 5 Countries

On November 18, Canada Border Services Agency announced antidumping final rulings on the copper pipes from China, Brazil, Greece, South Korea and Mexico and an anti-subsidy final ruling on the China pipes under HS Codes 74111000.10 and 74111000.20.
The double-anti investigation was launched on May 22; the preliminary rulings came out on August 20, with Chinese dumping margins at 4.6%-109.8%.
