U.S. Probes China 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane

On December 3, U.S. Commerce Department announced starting antidumping and anti-subsidy probes into 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane (HS Code 2903.39.2020) imported from China at the request of Mexichcm Fluor, Inc.

And the U.S. International Trade Commission will preliminarily give a corresponding ruling on industrial injury not later than December 13. Based on an affirmative injury ruling, the Commerce Dept will issue the double-anti duty orders.

On October 22, Mexichcm Fluor, Inc. petitioned the Dept and the Commission to launch the double-anti probes.
