GACC Announcement No.2, 2014 on Commodity Classification Decisions for 2014

In accordance with China's Regulations on Customs Decision over Import & Export Commodity Classification (GACC Decree No.158), the GACC hereby releases the Commodity Classification Decisions Made for 2014 (Ⅰ) and repeals some of already-released classification decisions as annexed.

This Announcement shall enter into force on January 15, 2014.

Where governing law and regulations change, the classification decisions shall become invalid.
