South Korea Steelmakers Want AD on China H-Steels

According to Yonhap News, recently South Korean steel enterprises applied to South Korea authority for antidumping (AD) investigation on Chinese H-steel makers.

Korean Hyundai Steel and Dongkuk Steel point out that Chinese exports of H steels are cheaper by 20% or so than their domestic prices, leaving South Korean makers in loss. Reportedly, the country’s H-steel market contains 2 trillion won (around RMB 12.2 Billion), with about 22% of the products from China.
