Bangladesh to Reduce Tariffs on Goods Imported by Garment Sector

Bangladesh's Commerce Minister Faruk Khan Tuesday said the government has a plan to reduce tariff on goods imported by the garments sector in a bid to keep it least affected by the global financial crisis. He also assured that the government would soon declare a package of recovery for the garments sector.
