South Africa Alters Taxation Incidence under Anti-Dumping on Steel Bolts & Nuts from China

As announced by South Africa's international trade management committee, South Africa will alter as of July 21, 2010 the taxation incidence of anti-dumping on steel bolts and nuts from China, with tax exemption provided for those bolts and nuts applicable to base-metal expandable tubing.

South Africa launched in July 1998 the anti-dumping investigation into steel bolts and nuts originating in China, with a final affirmative ruling made in August 1999, and conducted in June 2010 the second investigation for anti-dumping sunset review on that case.
