Vietnam Exempts Tariff on Commodities Valued under Dong One Million Imported Through Express Services

Recently decisions issued by the Vietnamese Prime Minister indicated that as from February 1, 2011, they decided to exempt import tariff and value-added tax on the commodities with their value under Dong one million which were imported through express services. The import tariff and value-added tax on the commodities over Vietnamese Dong one million will be imposed following the relevant legal rules in Vietnam.
