Vietnam Plans to Reduce Import Tariff to 0% on Gasoline

According to the reports from the Vietnam Saigon Liberation on February 23, 2011, the No. 24 Announcement on February 23 by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance says that they plans to reduce import tariff on gasoline and oils under the HS Code of 2710. The details are as follows: import tariff on kerosene, mazut reduced from 2% to 0% and it will take into effect from February 24, 2011. Thus the import tariff on gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, mazut are all as 0%.
