Argentina Levies Anti-Dumping Duty on Plastic Hypodermic Syringe from China

On March 15, 2011, the official bulletin of Argentina released the Decree No. 89, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry of Argentina, deciding to end the anti-dumping investigation into the plastic hypodermic syringe (HS Code of South-American Common Market: 9018.31.11 and 9018.11.19) from China and impose an anti-dumping duty of 17.67%.

As to Wenzhou Wuzhou Import & Export Co., Ltd. which has reached a price undertaking agreement, FOB minimum prices ranging from USD 0.0206 per unit to USD 0.4629 per unit shall apply according to different product specifications. The decision comes into force as from March 16, 2011 for a period of 5 years.
