The U.S. Mixed Decision on Continuation of Anti-dumping Measures on Carboxymethlylcellulose

[2011-04-29 13:58:51]

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on purified carboxymethylcellulose from Finland and the Netherlands would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The ITC further determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on purified carboxympurifethylcellulose from Mexico and Sweden would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result of the Commission's determinations, the existing orders on imports of this product from Finland and the Netherlands will remain in place, and the existing orders on imports of this product from Mexico and Sweden will be revoked.
