South Korea Gives Zero Tariff on Chicken, Milk Cow, etc.

According to YONHAP NEWS.AGENCY, South Korean government held a state conference on May 3, 2011, deciding to implement zero tariff on nine commodities including milk cow, chicken, raisin, and further lower quota tariffs on four commodities including streaky pork and wheat flour.
Therefore till now, South Korea implements quota tariffs on 108 commodities from current 99 commodities.
According to the decision, the tariff rate of raisin will be lowered from current 21% to 8%, and 8 commodities including chicken, milk cow, processed cream, processed cheese and processed chocolate will enjoy zero tariff.
