Armenia Cancels VAT on Imported Agric. Equipment & Chem. Fertilizers

On June 23, 2011, Armenia's parliament passed its Draft Amendment to the Value-Added-Tax (VAT) Law and a List of Import Goods Exempted from Value-Added Tax so as to cancel VAT on agricultural machinery, agricultural mechanical components, chemical fertilizers, farm chemicals, and seeds of wheat and barley.
