Pakistan's Preliminary Ruling of AD Investigation on China's & South Korea's Formic Acid

According to Pakistan's Business Recorder, the Pakistani National Tariff Commission has started from February 23 this year an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into formic acid of concentration above 85%, originating in China and South Korea, and will make a preliminary ruling on August 23.

The Tariff Commission will make a final ruling within 180 days from the date of the preliminary ruling.
