EU Removes AD Measures from China-Made Castings

On September 2, 2011, the EU made a final ruling on anti-dumping (AD) reviews of China-made castings:

Because the complaining party withdrew their petition for anti-dumping, the Union has decided to stop investigations for anti-dumping midterm and sunset reviews on China-made castings, canceling all anti-dumping measures thereof, but may conduct regulation within the next 24 months on Chinese castings involved, which are under HS Codes 73251050, 73251092, ex73251099, and ex73259910.

The EU launched the sunset-review investigation in July 2010 and the midterm-review investigation in December 2010, respectively.
