EU Double-Anti Probe into the U.S. Bio-ethanol

On November 25, 2011, requested by the European Producers Union of Renewable Ethanol Association (ePURE), the EU launched anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations into U.S.-made bio-ethanol, which are under EU Combined HS codes ex22071000, ex22072000, ex22089099, ex 27101111, ex27101115, ex27101121, ex27101125, ex27101131, ex27101141, ex27101145, ex27101149, ex27101151, ex27101159, ex27101170, ex27101190, ex38140010, ex38140090, ex38200000, and ex38249097.

The investigation period on this case is from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011.
