South African Initial AD Ruling on Brazil's Frozen Boneless Chicken

On Jan. 30, 2012, South Africa made out the preliminary anti-dumping (AD) ruling on whole frozen boneless chicken originating in Brazil:

Provisional 62.93% anti-dumping duty is levied on such chicken under HS Code 0207.12.90;

For those under HS Code 0207.14.10, provisional 6.26% anti-dumping duty is levied on the producer and exporter Coperative Central Oeste Catarinense-Aurora Alimentos, and provisional 46.59% is put on other Brazilian enterprises.

The country started the anti-dumping probe in June 2011.
