EU Tells Coming AD Expiry on Indian PET Films

On April 21, 2012, the EU Commission announced that its antidumping (AD) measures on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films from India will expire on November 7, 2012 and the EU enterprises are required to submit their petition to the Commission for the antidumping sunset review from the announcement date till 3 months before the formal expiry date.

The PET products are covered by EU HS Codes ex39206219 and ex39206290.

The EU launched the antidumping probe in May 2000 and made its affirmative final ruling in August 2001.
