EU AD Sunset-Review Ruling on Iron/Steel Tubes from Russia, Croatia & Ukraine

On July 4, 2012, the EU made an antidumping (AD) sunset-review ruling on seamless iron/steel tubes made in Russia, Croatia and Ukraine:

Cancel antidumping measures on the Croatia-made tubes because their injury to the EU industries would not reoccur or continue;

Continue antidumping measures on the tubes from Russia and Ukraine because their material injury to the EU industries would reoccur or continue;
