Russia to Cut Tomato & Cucumber Import Duties

Reported by Interfax on August 6, from August 23, Russia will reduce the import duties on tomatoes and cucumbers.

The tomato import duty will be 15% but not less than 0.1 euro/kg, 2 cents less than current rate, and the cucumber duty will be 4 cents less than the current.

However, its import duties will remain 5% on potatoes, 15% on the potatoes used for starch production, and 15% on other vegetables.
