EU AD Interim-Review Ruling on Seamless Iron/Steel Tubes from Ukraine

 
On September 4, 2012, the EU gives an antidumping (AD) interim-review final ruling on seamless iron/steel tubes from Ukraine: revise the antidumping duty rate from 17.7% to 13.8% on LLC Interpipe Niko Tube and OJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (Interpipe NTRP).
