Russia Ups Petroleum Export Duty by 17%

Reported by Interfax of September 3, on August 25, the Russian government issued its no. 850 order to raise, as of September 1, petroleum export duty from USD 336.6/ton to USD 393.8/ton, with the preferential duty rate heightened from USD 148.4/ton to USD 191.3/ton.
