Russia to Lower Oil Export Duties from December 1

A Russian finance official said on November 15 that Russia will, from December 1, lower its petroleum oil export duties from USD 404.5/ton to USD 396.5/ton.
Meanwhile, Russian oil-product export duties will be reduced to USD 261.7/ton; gasoline export duties will be lowered to USD 356.8/ton; preferential duties for crude exports from east Siberia and Caspian regions will be lowered to USD 193.3/ton.
Monthly, the Russian authority will adjust those export duties to international market situations.
