1. How do I register/become a member of ETCN?

You can register an e-to-china.com account at: http://www.e-to-china.com/member/register.php
(1). Select whether you are planning to enter China's market and already ongoing trade with China.
(2). Choose a member ID and Email address.
(3). Choose the country/territory your business is located in.
(4). Fill out the contact information in English
(5). Enter your password and confirm it.
(6). Choose the industry and field you work at and click "OK".
A verify mail had been sent to your email address, please check it and active it.
2. How to Sign in?

You can find out the sign in entry from each page of top left corner.

When you click the sign in, you will see a form like following:

Fill in your member ID or Email, enter the password and then click "Submit"
3. What do I do if I forget my password?

Answer: Click on Forgot my Password and fill in your email address. We will send a URL to your mailbox that you can follow to reset your password.
4. Why should I login and logout?

After you have joined as a ETCN member, you can use your account to facilitate our various services. The logout function is for members' privacy and security. As your account contains your personal and company information which is confidential and important, please click "Logout" link before you leave. It is for preventing anyone intently or accidentally entering your account.
5. Can I change my ID and Password?

Your ID is your email address, so that is cannot be changed once you registered. If you really want to change your Member ID, please email us the related information for reference. Please don't register again. But the password can be changed from Member Profile in My ETCN .
6. Policy and Regulation Search

Channel for searching policy and regulation: Professional policy and regulation search in English, with the coverage of commerce, customs, inspection, foreign exchange, logistics, guarantee, taxation, evaluation and patent, etc. is an Internet window to learn about the Chinese trade policies in the right perspective. The directly positioned vertical search mode of items and rules offers the customers to search information in an accurate and definite way.
7. Guidance for customs clearance

10. How do I raise a complaint?

If you believe in good faith that a listing on e-to-china.com infringes your copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, you may fax or email it to ETCN. The completed Notice should specifically identify the vendor and claimed infringement in the article listing.
